Wide Span Shelving
Manual storage system for medium and heavy loads.
The configuration of these industrial shelving is based on a frame composed of two uprights, joint together by profiles arranged in horizontal and diagonal as a lattice, screwed to the uprights. Once the scales are formed, they are joined through the beams that will support the shelves where the stored goods will be deposited.
All components are manufactured in steel, either painted or pre-galvanized, and shelves can be made of chipboard, chipboard with melamine or metal. Metal shelves can also be configured by various metal panels or by a single metal shelf. Metal shelves in turn may be configured by various metal panels or by a single metal shelf.
There are 3 different types of beams: Z beam, Gran Milano beam and MV beam, each with its different models.
The main advantage offered by this rack compared to conventional manual loading rack is its great strength: can withstand loads up to 1,400 kg. per rack, depending on the type of beam and its measures, as well as the type of shelf.
The assembly is simple and quick, and the installation is anchored to the ground for its perfect stability. The shelves are adjustable in height every 25 mm.
It has several accessories such as the safety clip to prevent the beams get out of the uprights by accident, frame spacers for perfect alignment of the scales in facilities where there are many of them and crossbars that serve to increase load capacity per pair of beams.
