Esnova Racks S.A.. has the most modern machines to manufacture the 100 per cent of all the components designed by our engineering. The machines are equipped with the latest technologies allowing us a total liberty and versatility when delivering the ideas conceived by our I+D+i department.

A list of the technologies used in our production centre are:

SHEET CUTTING WITH LASER TECHNOLOGY.

Characteristics:

Maximum dimensions: 3000×1500 mm.
Maximum thickness:

• Carbon steel: 20 mm. (*).
• Stainless steel: 12 mm. (*).

(*) may vary depending on the quality of the steel.

TUBE CUTTING WITH LASER TECHNOLOGY.

Characteristics:

Tubes from 12 mm. diameter up to 140 mm.
Maximum thickness: 10 mm.

Tubes up to 16 mm. thickness:

• Round tube: from 80 mm. diameter up to 508 mm.
• Square tube: from 80×80 mm. up to 400×400 mm.
• Rectangular tube: from 80×120 mm. up to 500×300 mm.
• Profile: From 80×80 mm. section up to 500×300 mm.

3D LASER CUTTING SERVICE.

Characteristics:
Axis travel limits:

PLASMA CUT

CUT AND METAL STAMPING

Automatic machine for the manufacturing of plates between 15 mm. and 40 mm.

SHEET PUNCHING SERVICE.

CNC Flexible automated punching machine.

Characteristics:

• Areas of work: 2500×1250 mm.
• Maximum thickness: 8 mm. (steel).
• Maximum punching diameter: 89 mm.

SHEET BENDING AND PANELLING SERVICE.

CNC Flexible automated panelling machine.
Characteristics:

• Maximum bending length: 2550 mm.
• Minimum bending length: 350 mm.
• Maximum number of bendings in one side: 20
• Maximum number of sides to bend: 8.
• Maximum bending height: 200 mm.

ROBOTISED WELDING

For the manufacturing of tubular trusses Ideas en Metal S.A. has 18 robotised welding cells from leading brands in the market .This allows the automated manufacturing of parts up to 14 metres long.

PAINTING SERVICE

We have 3 lines of Epoxy polyester powder coating paint.
With a maximum painting capacity of 14 metres long pieces on a horizontal position.

MACHINING

Ideas en Metal S.A. has a Toolsroom and Setting workshop that complements the manufacturing and contributes to faster, better quality, and cheaper productive processes.
